Proof of claim proceedings in Saab Automobile AB

Proof of claim proceedings have been initiated in the bankruptcy of Saab Automobile AB. Creditors who have a claim on Saab Automobile AB must in order to receive any dividend in the bankruptcy lodge proof of his claim in the bankruptcy to the District Court of Vänersborg no later than September 1, 2014. The notification and information from the District Court can be read here. The bankruptcy receivers would also encourage creditors to fill out this form and hand it in to the District Court together with the proof of claim.

SPECIFIC INFORMATION TO EMPLOYEES

The receivers have reviewed all former employees' claims in the process of monitoring claims. Individual information will be sent by letter to each of the employees. The letter includes information about the amount calculated by the administrators for each employee.

If you as an employee agree with our calculations, you do not need to do anything.

However, if you do not agree with our calculations, you must state the amount that you think is correct. This is done by writing to:
